Fresh is best! This recipe is easy to make, great for dipping and a perfect addition to any taco!
Ingredients:
4 Ripe Avocado
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ Red Onion, finely Chopped
1 Roma Tomato, diced
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt and Pepper
Optional- 1 Jalapeno, finely diced
Directions:
Cut Avocadoes in half removing pit and scoop out into bowl. Mash with fork. Add in all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 15 mins before serving.
