BBQ Chicken Drums

Don't forget the drums of the chicken! Juicy and full of flavour!

Ingredients:

Chicken Drums

Salt & Pepper

Your favourite BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

Place drums on paper towel and pat dry. Preheat grill for 10 mins. Generously season drums with salt and pepper. Place drums on direct heat of grill. Cook and rotate for 10-12 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce of choice. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Flips and brush other side. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
