Blueberry & Banana Baked Oats


2 Cups of Oats

2 Cups Almond Milk

1 Ripe Bananas

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Handful of fresh Blueberries

* optional - As many Chocolate Chips as you want!


In a bowl, smash banana with a fork. Add Oats, Milk, Cinnamon and Baking Powder. Mix well. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Scatter chips and blueberries evenly throughout, pushing them down slightly into mixture.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
