Chili Lime Cod

A meaty fish with a little bit of spice!



Chili Powder

Red Pepper


Juice of one lime

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil


Place Cod on baking tray. Generously season with chili powder and rub in gently with fingers. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop red pepper and jalapeno. Place into bowl and season with salt and pepper, lime juice and olive oil. Mix.

Once cod is cooked, top with pepper mixture including the juices in the bowl.
