1lb Lean Ground Beef
2 Onions diced
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper (and/or jalapeno)
5-6 Stalks of Celery
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Can Tomato paste
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Corn
1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
Top with sour cream and cheese if you'd like!
