Fruit Salad

A perfect way to get your nutrients from fruit!


Ingredients:

Mango

Strawberry

Kiwi

Blueberries

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

1tbsp Brown Sugar

Fresh mint


Directions:

Chop fruit into bite sized pieces and mix into bowl. Mix brown sugar and lemon juice separately, mix to dissolve sugar, then add to fruit mixture. Add a touch of fresh mint!
