Homemade Garlic Hummus

I promise, it's better than store bought!


Ingredients:

1 Can Chickpeas, drained & rinsed

4 Cloves of Garlic

Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil

Water ( to dilute )

1 heaping tbsp. Tahini Paste

Juice of 1 Lemon


Directions:

Start with Chickpeas, Garlic, Tahini, Salt & Pepper and 1/2 Lemon juice in your food processor. Pulse and then puree. After partially blended add 2nd half of lemon juice and olive oil. Continue to puree until you get a paste consistency. Add a little bit of water instead of more olive oil as an option.
