Lentil Dip

A summer snack that will soon be a favourite!


1 Can Lentils drained and rinsed

1 Roma Tomato

1 Jalapeno

½ Red Pepper

¼ red Onion

*all finely chopped

1 tbsp. Cumin Powder

1 tbsp. Garlic Powder

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Juice of one lime

Salt and Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together saving Cumin and Garlic powder last. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving. Great with corn chips or as a salad topper!
